The annual CSRI Conference on College Sport attracts college sport researchers seeking to disseminate and collaborate with one another on issues in intercollegiate athletics. As the primary gathering of college sport researchers, CSRI provides a unique opportunity for partners to engage with an audience sharing similar interests and passions for college sport. The majority of conference attendees are academicians currently serving in faculty roles at a variety of higher education institutions. Premier sponsorship offers organizations and individuals maximum access to CSRI conference attendees. In addition to all the benefits of supporting and title sponsors, premier sponsors are provided a booth fixated in a primary congregation space in which they can actively engage and cultivate new clients throughout the entirety of the conference. We work with our premier sponsors to make customized accommodations to ensure the greatest value to our partners. We work with you to create the best sponsorship experience for you and your organization!

Specific deliverables:

  • Two (2) complimentary conference registrations.

  • Inclusion of logo, brand image, and weblinks on the conference website and program.

  • The physical distribution of materials to all attendees during conference registration.

  • Recognition on CSRI’s social media accounts.

  • Naming rights to a conference address or panel discussion of choice (e.g., keynote, plenary, various panels).

  • Sponsorship table placed in a primary attendee congregation area.

  • Receipt of email contacts for all conference attendees in the year of sponsorship.

TITLE SPONSORSHIP

Title sponsorship offers organizations and individuals the opportunity to partner with CSRI and associate their product or service with the premier college sport academic conference in the United States. In addition to the benefits from association and branding, title sponsors receive a complimentary conference registration that provides the opportunity for a representative to take in conference events and cultivate relationships and potential leads with conference attendees. Title sponsors also have the opportunity to hold naming rights to a conference address or panel discussion. Title sponsorship provides organizations and individuals access to conference attendees and the benefit of association with CSRI at a rate drastically more economical than nearly all academic meetings boasting similar number of attendees.

CUSTOMIZED & IN-KIND SPONSORSHIPS

Prices negotiable based on proposal
In-kind sponsorships are often a great way to get involved with CSRI and are largely customizable to your organization’s wants and needs. Consider sponsoring a networking lunch in which your organization has direct access to speak to all CSRI conference attendees. Solidify your brand’s relationship with CSRI by providing specific materials such as lanyards, conference giveaways, or other miscellaneous materials.
